Description
A woman at a roadside stand preparing a local delicacy: "smileys". They are boiled whole sheep's heads that are sold in the township of Langa, in Cape Town. It is a popular and cheap food that can be bought for a few US dollars. Only the brain is discarded, while eyes, ears and tongue are considered true delicacies.
